池袋には私の望むホテルが少ないと感じています。
池袋にいるのなら自宅へ帰るという手もあるのですが、疲れが強く出ているときは何もしたくないときも多くあります。
池袋は諦めて隣の目白に移動します。実際歩いても15分程度ですので、良い散歩です。
本日はゆっくりとバスタイムを楽しむべくデラックスルームを押さえます。
エレベーターには９階・エグゼクティブフロアと書かれていますが到着すると特に特別な感覚はありません。
部屋に入るとクローゼットと等身大の鏡のあるスペースが迎えてくれます。ズボンプレッサーがリクエストなく常時置いてあるところは助かりますね。
荷物を置く場所に苦慮しますが大きな旅でない以上さほど困ることはありません。
多少の古さを感じる部屋ですが、ソファーの座り心地は抜群です。
セミスイートと言われるとなんとも言えませんが、（リビングエリアとの仕切りがなさすぎるので）大切なのは滞在中の快適さです。
さて目の前のテーブルには湯のみ、グラス、ワイングラスと準備されています。またアメニティもまとめて置いてあります。コロナビールでしたのでグラスを使うまでもありませんでしたが。しかしソファ周辺を見ても過ごしやすいです。
浴室はシャワーブースがついています。そして足を伸ばせる浴槽です。これが理想ですね。
ユニットバスというのが残念ですが広さからさほど気になりません。
シャワーブースに入りつまみをひねるとどこからかお湯が出てきます。上を見てもレインシャワーらしきものはありません。そこで、前をよく見ると横に細く黒い配管がありその両端からお湯が出てきていました。これは何シャワーと呼ぶのでしょうか？
何れにしても良いアイディアですね。寒い冬等重宝しそうです。当然ハンドシャワーもありますし、同時に使用が可能です。アメニティはなぜかグランドミラージュ（ヌサドゥア）のアメニティと同じ匂いがしました。質はこちらの方が断然良いです。流石日本製です。
ゆっくりとバスタイムを満喫しましたが、頂いた入浴剤を入れるのをすかり忘れていました。
ベッドルームは最適な硬さとのんびり出来る広さです。携帯や小物を置くことのできる場所はなるほどの場所にあります。届きにくかったのは私の腕の長さの問題でしょうか。
フットライト、ルームランプ、等基本的なライトは枕元で操作可能です。カーテンは開けっ放しで寝ることにします。最上階な上に近くに同じ高さのビルがない為、開けっ放しで寝ても何も気になりません。朝までぐっすりです。
ベッド横にデスクと鏡がありますが、中途半端なことになっています。
デスクというには集中の出来そうにない造りです。
しかし、全体的に食事以外はとても満足できます。池袋近辺なら間違いなくここでしょう。
次回はもう少し部屋でゆっくりと過ごしたいと思える内容です。
